With over two decades of culinary experience spanning three continents, Chef Raihan Jaffar brings a world of flavor to every dish at Frank's A Lot. His journey began in the bustling kitchens of Texas, where he fell in love with the bold, unapologetic spirit of Tex-Mex cuisine.
After honing his craft in some of the finest establishments across the United States and Europe, Chef Raihan returned to Bahrain with a mission: to bring authentic, high-energy Tex-Mex comfort food to the island. His philosophy is simple — use the freshest ingredients, respect the tradition, and never shy away from flavor.
